1. Director of HR
Requirements:
1. Capable to manage a workforce of up to 800 staffs
2. Extremely organized and hardworking
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws
4. Well introduced and respected in the local government and public authorities
5. Fluent in English: oral and written
6. Strong leadership, good communicator and time manager
7. Training excellence
8. A strong desire to be successful
9. Manage by P&P’s and SOP’s
10. At least 3 years of working experience in the similar position

2. Director of Sales & Marketing / Director of Business Development
Requirements:
1. Extremely knowledgeable of world market of Bali in 4/5 star properties
2. Expertise in e-commerce, marketing communication & services and revenue management.
3. Extremely good relationship and connection with tour operator, wholeseller, travel agent, golf operator, airlines and hospitality industry.
4. Featuring Bali as a destination.
5. Capable to lead the team of 20
6. Strong leadership, good communicator and well organized
7. Expertise in monitoring staff performance, “sales target assignment”
8. Capable of elaborating comprehensive business plans.
9. Well versed into the corporate world & MICE
10. Innovation in packages (trend setter), fast responsiveness in u-turn situations
11. At least 3 years of working experience in the similar position in 5 star hotel in Bali.

3. Front Office ( GSA)
Requirements:
1. Ladies
2. Fluent in Fidelio Opera
3. Fluent in English : oral and written
4. Extremely strong ability in handling guest in the most pleasant manner
5. PR excellence
6. Good looking and smiling in all occasion
7. At least 1 year of working experience in the similar position.

4. GSO
Requirements:
1. Open for Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Indonesian who is proficient in Mandarin
2. Fluent in English : oral and written
3. Capable of assisting in translation in all collaterals
4. Live in bali
5. Good looking and smiling in all occasion
6. At least 3 year of working experience in the similar position.

5. Training Manager
Requirements:
1. Property & department orientations
2. Workshops moderator
3. Great communicator
4. Teach by methodical processes based on P&P’s and SOP’s
5. Strategic planning
6. Development of deparmental service fundamentals
7. Organized and strong leadership
8. Train the trainers
9. Right package for the right person
10. At least 3 years of working experience in the similar position
